In an effort to make going to the gym FUN, I thought we could have our very own spirit week (just like school, but funner). It is always more fun with friends.. so please mark you calendars and let's have some fun.
Following is a schedule of daily themes:
12/3/17 Sunday: Karaoke Cycling 8:30 a.m.
12/4/17 Monday: Crazy hair or hat day... because it's Monday
12/5/17 Tuesday: Tye Dye Day... because it starts with "T" and maybe we can keep the music groovy man..
12/6/17 Wednesday: Super Hero Day... Because it is a hard day and we can all use a little super power to get through it.
12/7/17 Thursday: Throwback Thursday... because that is what we do on Thursday... Dress in your favorite decade
12/8/17 Friday: F it Friday: Crazy socks and inside out pants/shirts... F it!
12/8/17 Friday: Paint Night is also on Friday night. Tickets are $30. the event will be held at Talent Hall in Litchfield. Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing a ticket.
12/9/17 Saturday: Underground Cycling Day...Wear your t-shirt! Let's take a cool picture.
