I would like to thank everyone for such a positive response to the Aerial classes that are now offered at Underground Cycling. In response to the demand, the following changes have been made.
Underground Cycling will be offering a Aerial Strength class (a strength based class using the hammocks) and an Aerial Class (stretching and relaxing). Therefore, starting immediately, Friday 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. and Monday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. will be Aerial - Strength.
As always, I am hopeful the classes offered at Underground Cycling and Fitness fit your fitness goals as well as your busy schedules.
