Spring Fling

Hey everyone! I am hopeful you are all well and feeling the energy of the spring season. The recent expiration of the mask mandate has prompted me to do the same. Underground Cycling is very lucky to have so many members that are already vaccinated and many more following suit. I would like to ask that all participants wear their masks in and out of the studio, but participants will not be required to wear a mask while exercising. I do believe if we stay home when sick and follow just common sense guidelines we can continue to get through this.

If you haven't been to the studio, there have been a few changes. In addition to the limited class size and the bikes now being in the back of the studio, classes can be taken in the studio, virtually via Zoom from your own location, and for monthly members on-demand classes anytime. I would like to invite you to take a look at the Schedule at a Glance page to see the classes that are currently being offered. In true UC fashion, I have moved YOGA to Monday evening at 7:00 p.m. and returned Barre to Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, Cycling is at 4:30 p.m. with Strength immediately following at 5:30 p.m. for a nice double.

I am so very hopeful the "NO MASK" requirement will help you return back to the studio. I realize it will take some time to feel comfortable integrating back into public spaces, I will continue to do my best to help you with your fitness journey no matter which way is best for you whether it is in-person, virtually, or on-demand.
