Due to recent requests, I have added back the 6:45 p.m. time slot. Monday will be UNWIND a stretch class, Tuesday is Barre, Wednesday will be a book club, and Thursday is Circuit. The above-mentioned classes, with the exception of Wednesday, will begin on Monday 8/17/20.
Another request I have received was about offering 1:1 time. I realize not everyone feels comfortable coming into the studio with even a handful of other participants and I understand and respect your opinion. That is why I would like to offer you some personal time in the studio to help you meet your fitness goals. If this is something you would like to try, please reach out and we can set up some time. Just for the record, I love my 1:1 classes. They help me learn so much about you and how I can help.
Please remember next week (8/10-8/16) is a modified schedule. Colleen, Kelly, and Mary will all be filling in. The schedule has been modified to reflect the changes and I am confident you have a great week.
