I may be sitting down to type up this blog post.... but inside, I am jumping up and down with excitement about the content, more importantly, what we are going to work on this week. Cycling uphill! Some of us LOVE hills meanwhile others NOT SO MUCH. As the attached article points out, hills are here to stay and all we can do is CLIMB!
