The Underground studio will be closed for Labor Day weekend. There will be no classes on Saturday, 9/4/21 through Monday, 9/6/21. Reopening on Tuesday, 9/7/21. We are going on a Farm to Fork Fitness Adventure in the Finger Lakes. It is always more fun with friends, so if you are interested in joining us, please let me know.
Upon return, Circuit will be added back to the schedule. Circuit classes will be held on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and Wednesday mornings at 9:30 a.m. These classes will begin on Wednesday, 9/8/21. I would like to mention, that I will plan to conduct these classes so they can also be virtual and I am hopeful to add them to the ON-DEMAND library.
You asked for it and I (FINALLY) listened. Automatic (Recurring) Monthly Renewal has been added to your choices of memberships. You will need to select AUTOMATIC RENEWAL and not Monthly Membership.
Now for my ON DEMAND friends, there has been a slight change to the website. If you hover over the "On-demand" Page title you will notice a drop-down menu for the class you are looking for. Whether you are looking for Indoor Cycling or Yoga, no more scrolling.
