FALLING BACK

As the calendar quickly moves along through fall and the weather and the leaves begin to change, I have decided to make a couple of changes to the schedule. Dare I say everyone seems to be returning to their offices and their schedules. It is this shift in times that I have decided to bring back BARRE None to 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday evenings and Add Strength (Circuit) to Sunday morning at 10:15 a.m. This change in the schedule will be effective on Tuesday, 11/2/21. Underground Cycling Bookclub has begun and the story is great. I highly recommend the Monday evening cycling time to your schedule for a laid-back cardio option. Lastly...Don't forget to change your clocks on Saturday 11/6/21!
