I am borrowing this quote from Sandy. She had said it to a group of us after a cycling class. "Let's start all over again, together" After the past year, I believe this is where we all are. We are starting over. The best thing about group exercise is we are not alone. We can all do it together. Fun fact, the reason I opened Underground Cycling was that I wanted to work out all day and I wanted friends to work out with me. Friends, I am here asking you to work out with me, because it is more fun with friends.
I was asked this past week about masks. Masks are no longer required to be worn during class. As I have mentioned in previous posts, I realize it is a little scary to re-introduce ourselves to some of the activities we were doing a year ago. In an effort to help with the transition, I have moved 6 bikes close to the garage door and the others are in the front room. I am hoping with the arrival of warmer weather we will be able to move the bikes outside and enjoy the fresh air. If this option sounds good to you, please know that it is an option and a lot of fun. Please take a look at the schedule. I have added a 9:00 a.m. cycling class to Sunday, effective immediately.

Underground Cycling is offering a 2021 student Summer special. $200. from now until August 31, 2021 (valid student id is required). This will include all classes including Aerial. Aerial? Yes! Aerial will be added back to the schedule beginning Monday, June 7, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. Aerial is not the only class coming back. Stay tuned for the 9:30 a.m. classes to return shortly. I am hoping to add various classes to the time slot including yoga, aerial, and kickboxing. Do you have suggestions or requests? Please send them along and I can do my best.
We can start over again and we can all get stronger, together. This past year you have all shown me your dedication, perseverance, and loyalty. If it wasn't for all of you, I would not be writing this message and I am so very grateful. You have all allowed me to continue what I love to do... all day long. Thank you so very much friends. Now, let's get back to work.
