The kids are back in school, and schedules are getting to be a little more regular. Have you been considering starting back up with your fitness routine and/or possibly something new? Mondays would be perfect for you. Barre is offered at 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Indoor Cycling is offered at 8:15 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Strength Circuit is offered at 6:30 p.m. Start your week off strong. These classes are perfect for anyone just starting or for those getting back to fitness.
